Q) How can I stay in touch with SPSCOLLECTIVE?
A) You can register as a user and sign up to receive updates via email. Once you have registered and have a confirmed account, you can change your subscription preferences and update your email address in the accounts settings by clicking here.

 

Q) Can I follow on Facebook and Twitter?
A) Yes, you can "Like" SPScollective on Facebook at facebook.com/SPSCOLLECTIVE and you can follow on Twitter at "@SPSCOLLECTIVE" twitter.com/spscollective.

 

Q) I forgot my password to my user account, what do I do?
A) You can request to reset your password. Go to Login Here at the top of each page and enter the email address you used when you signed up for your account, then click Login without entering a password. You will be asked if you forgot your password and to re-enter your original email address to receive a new password. If we can't locate the email address you entered, you will be requested to create a new account.

 

Q) How can I unsubscribe to announcements?
A) You can unsubscribe by first signing in to your account with your email and password here and then unchecking the subscribe checkbox in the Unsubscribe section.

 

Q) When should I expect my T-shirt or Limited Edition Print after placing an order?
A) In 3-4 weeks or less.

 

Q) What if I need my order sooner?
A) Please contact us to arrange for Express delivery prior to placing your order.

 

Q) How is the Limited Edition Print packaged?
A) In a flat envelope with a cardboard insert to prevent bending and corner damage to the print.

 

Q) Is the print returnable?
A) No, all sales in the shop are final so please ask any other question you may have before placing an order.

 

Q) What companies do you use to ship products?
A) FedEx or UPS for deliveries within the US and Canada, and US Postal Service First-Class Mail for international shipments.

 

Q) Can I order a print of a photo that is not for sale in the shop?
A) Yes, please send a message to studio@spscollective.com describing the image and print size, and we will get back to you to discuss your request.
